Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original state.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
